Transferable Custom Content, is custom content that has been installed via The Sims 3 Launcher. These pieces are in .sims3pack format. Not all of my custom content is installed via The Sims 3 Launcher, so not everything will transfer. Installing my sims via The Sims 3 Launcher will include all transferable custom content used on any particular sim. Installing my sims via packages/mods folder (.sim file) will not transfer ANY custom content. Transferable custom content is listed as "Yes" under the transfer column, under "Custom Content".
